What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks and money orders, credit and debit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal Payments. We are not set up for net terms, and do not ship COD. If you prefer to order by phone, that is fine, you can select that option in the order checkout form, email us with your order items, or call us with your payment information.

Can I order items unscented?
Yes, you can always order our candles and soy items unscented, just make sure to select "unscented" in the fragrance selection during checkout.

Do you sell wholesale?

Do you ship Internationally?
We ship to most countries, including; the U.S.A., Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Our order form is configured for the above countries. If you have an international order request from a country not listed, please contact me - click here!.

Do you take mail-in orders?
Yes, our shopping cart is configured for "mail-in Payments. During check-out you can select mail-in as an option, when paying by check or money order. Using the order form provides you with an order number and all mail-in information. Personal and business checks are subject to a 7-10 day hold, and will delay your order during this time.

When does my order ship?
Our soaps, potpourri oils, and candle warmers ship next business day. Our candles, tartlets and melts are made to order to ensure that you receive fresh product. Made especially for you and not sitting on a shelf aging in inventory, with normal ship times between 5 and 10 days.
Large orders have an estimated shipping date of 2 weeks.
If you are in a rush for your order please contact me, and I can give you an accurate time frame.

Do you have a catalog?
We do not publish a printed catalog and have opted to offer you an our on-line catalog.

Can I phone you with my order?
Yes, 24 hours a day! We can be reached at 515-779-6999, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST, and Saturday from 9:00AM till Noon. After hours please leave us a detailed message and we will return your call promptly.

What is your privacy policy?
100% complete privacy. We never sell, share, or give away, your personal information. The information you fill out when contacting us is to contact you, and when ordering only to fulfill your order. Our web site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. This is simply a marker that remembers the items you have placed in your shopping cart. Without cookies you would not be able to order.

Where are you located?
We are located in central Iowa.

How do they ship?
Our items normally ship by Priority Mail, to ensure fast and safe delivery. For International orders, shipping is by 1st Class International or Priority International, depending on weight. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Do you still offer Waxed Teddy Bears?
I do, only on occasion, this is due to time constraints. If you would like to see my bears in stock, please contact me and I will send you an updated link to view the images.
