What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks and money orders, Google Checkout, credit and debit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal Payments. We are not set up for net terms, and do not ship COD. What are your skincare products made from?
Organic Camellia oil and Organic whole herbs are the main ingredients in all our skin and body care products. Our products contain no artificial preservatives or animal fats.

Do your products have expiration dates?
Most of our skincare products are all natural and contain no harmful preservatives or animal fats. Since we will not use harsh chemical preservatives, if a use by date is suitable we include expiration dates on our labels, as a guide to help you determine when your product is best used by. We make our products in our studio in very small batches and normally when they are ordered. Our skincare is not sitting on shelves waiting to be shipped. You always receive the freshest product possible.

Can I order items unscented?
Yes, you can. Our skin care if formulated without synthetic fragrances. For candles and wax items, you can always order them unscented, select "unscented" in the candle/wax fragrance selection during ordering.

Do you use animal by-products?
No. Our Camellia oil soaps and skincare products are formulated without animal by-products.
Where are your products made?
Our products are formulated and made in our studio.

When does my order ship?
Our soaps and skin care, body oils, potpourri oils, and candle warmers normally ship within 1-3 business days. Our candle items and wax tarts are made to order and normally ship between 1 to 5 days.
Large orders will have a longer ship time depending on order size and products ordered.

Do you accept returns?
We stand behind our products, so if you are unhappy with one of our products, please contact me. Certain skin care products are not returnable due to their nature as they cannot be resold. Contact me with problems.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not publish a printed catalog at this time, and have opted to offer you an our on-line catalog so it is current.

How do my items ship?
Our items normally ship by Priority Mail or UPS and also FedEx, to ensure fast and safe delivery. For International orders, shipping is by 1st Class International or Priority International, depending on weight, or by UPS if you prefer 100% tracking information.
