PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: 
You can purchase your items online within our "secure" shopping cart using your debit and credit card, for Google Checkout, PayPal, or Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and your checking account. All online payments are encrypted and your transaction is well protected and secure! At this time we do not ship COD.
Mail in Payments: If you prefer to call us, you may call at any time during normal business hours. If we are not available to answer, please leave us a detailed message and we will call back as soon as possible.
To order by mailing a check or money order please call us to place your order by phone, at 515-779-6999. Checks online through PayPal and by mail will delay your order for as long as processing takes, this is normally 2-7 business days. Orders paid by mailing a money order normally ship in 2 days for skin care and 7-10 days for candle and wax orders.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are configured in our shopping cart, and are based on shipping weight and your location. We do not add handling charges. You can contact us at anytime for estimated shipping costs prior to ordering, or utilize the shopping cart for costs. If shipping charges in the cart seem high please contact me and I will look into the shipping configuration. We only want to charge actual shipping cost.
FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING:
We offer "Flat Rate Priority" postal shipping when possible and when your order will be shipping at higher postal rates due to the total weight of your order. This helps in keeping shipping costs as low as possible for heavier items. When your items can be shipped by Flat Rate Priority it will show in the cart as an option as FRPriority, and for 'soaps only' will be SoapsPR. When selected, your items will ship in Postal Flat Rate boxes.
We do not add handling charges to shipping costs. The shopping cart is configured as close to exact as possible and communicates with the USPS web site to obtain shipping costs, by total weight of the items you are ordering. If you feel the shipping is configuring too high, please contact me with the items you are ordering and I will check the exact rates.
WHERE WE SHIP:
We ship to most countries, including; the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Brazil, New Zealand, and Australia. Our shopping cart is configured for several countries. If you have an international order request from a country not listed in our shopping cart, please send us an email through our contact form. Due to Customs and Importing issues, we do not ship to Guam, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia.
We utilize the US Post Office for most orders and for International orders. For US orders you can request UPS Ground, and can view the travel time from us to you in the map below.

Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation and an estimated shipping time. If you are in a rush for your order, please let me know in the order form comment box and I will do everything I can to ensure your items ship in your time frame needed.
We pride ourselves with fast shipping, skin care and items excluding candles normally ship within 24-72 hours, not including weekends. At times this could be delayed waiting on a ingredients or supplies to fill your order. If this is the case your order will ship promptly as soon as our new shipments arrive, normally within 3-5 business days.
Our candles, tarts and brittle are made to order to ensure that you receive fresh product. Made especially for you, not sitting on a shelf aging in inventory. Tarts and brittle ship in 1-3 (business) days. Depending on the time of year, small candle orders (1-4) are ready to ship in about 3 (business) days. Large candle orders take a little longer.
During all holiday seasons please order as soon as possible, for on time delivery.

RETAIL RETURNS
24kEssentials is committed to offering our customers the best products available. Retail orders for wax items maybe returned in unopened and unused resalable condition and are subject to a 20% return fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns are not excepted for skin care or fragrance oils, due to the nature of these products. A return or a refund exception will be made when the error occurred on our part, a refund or exchange for the item in error will be issued.
SALES TAX:
We collect sales tax for orders shipping within the state of Colorado at a rate of 8.85%. Shipping is never taxed.
PACKAGING:
Every item is packaged very well to protect during shipping, with all needed box stuffers (peanuts, bubble wrap, air pack pillows, etc.).
If you would like a gift card and message sent along, include your message in the comments box during your order check-out.
CATALOG REQUESTS:
Thank you for your interest regarding a printed catalog. Due to our growing product line we do not publish a printed catalog at this time as it would be continually out-of-date. We have opted to offer you an our on-line store as our up-to-date catalog.

Wholesale orders have a lead-time of 1-3 weeks, depending on the size and type of the order and the time of year. During rush holiday seasons, the lead time may be extended, again depending on the size and type of order you place.
Shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping for actual shipping weights. We do not estimate shipping costs. Shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, and will be billed separately. Delays from suppliers may delay your order, please consider this when placing your wholesale order. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
